2002 Game Description: Each alliance competes using two team-built robots. Each alliance is on opposite sides of the playing field. There are twenty size 5 soccer balls lined up along each side of the playing field. Each alliance has ten at their station. The playing field is divided into five zones, the closest to each alliance being their Zone 1. There are three movable goals in the center zone, Zone 3. Teams score by getting goals to their Zone 4. Teams score points for every ball in those goals. Teams also score points for every robot in their Zone 1.
